We have just received word that our name has been trademarked! We started this process in late October and we have finally received notice that we are official. (We will have to wait another 12 weeks or so to be registered)
Trademarking something is labor intensive and can be quite expensive. Why trademark? As The Boob Ride grows in popularity and we start to receive national attention, we need to protect our brand. This trademark will allow us to use our name on jerseys, posters, websites, and other things that will help us promote the ride and raise more money!
